Patterns (Tul)
- Sajo-Jirugi (1 & 2) and Sajo-Makgi
Linework
- As requested by Examiner
- 10 Push-Ups
- 10 Front rising kicks, both sides
- 10 Sitting stance, middle punch
- Sitting stance, double punch
Note: A senior student or Instructor will demonstrate the techniques required.
