This is your first grading, so do your best and enjoy it! The Examiner and senior instructors are there to help you.

Patterns (Tul)

  • Sajo-Jirugi (1 & 2) and Sajo-Makgi

Linework

  • As requested by Examiner
  • 10 Push-Ups
  • 10 Front rising kicks, both sides
  • 10 Sitting stance, middle punch
  • Sitting stance, double punch

Note: A senior student or Instructor will demonstrate the techniques required.
