Here at SWMA most of our Kickboxing classes have mixed age groups consisting of both juniors and adults. Whilst this a great way for our juniors to socialise and train with a wide group of people (and in many cases their parents) we understand that this can be a little daunting for some. That is why we have decided to launch a special Juniors only Kickboxing class!
From Monday the 7th of January 2019 we will be running "Juniors only Kickboxing classes" which will be held every Monday from 6 pm until 7 pm at the Gryphon Leisure Centre. All juniors (including current students) between the ages of 7-12 are welcome to join us, no experience is necessary.

SWMA Kickboxing combines the skill of TaekwonDo kicking with the science of Western boxing and also throws in some elements of Thai boxing as well for good measure.
